Return & Refund

Return Policy:

We are Basumati Corporation Limited believe in providing you with the best of our products. But if by chance the products don’t satisfy your expectations we also have an easy return and refund policy.

Important note:

  • You must inform us about your wish to return your product within 48 hours from the date of delivery and the product should reach our warehouse in 10 days. (To be couriered by the customer at his/her cost which will be reimbursed)
  • If the product you receive is damaged, drop a return request immediately. We will provide our warehouse address where you can send us the product.
  • The product should reach us in its original condition without any damage or any other kind of tampering.
  • The product should be returned in a well-packed box to avoid any damage in transit.
  • The shipping address of www.basumati.wb.gov.in & Order No should be clearly mentioned on the package to be returned and in complete detail.

Upon receiving the product we will inspect the damage and provide you with an option of either a replacement or a reimbursement.

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been tampered with in any way.
  • The product has been used, washed or changed in any other way.
  • You are requested to enquire about any doubts or clarification that you may have regarding any products before going for the final checkout. Drop in an email at support@basumaticorporationlimited.com and have all your questions cleared in a very short time.
  • The products are of standard quality but not to your personal liking.

Order Cancellation:

  • For cancelling an order kindly drop us a mail at support@basumaticorporationlimited.com
  • The order can only be cancelled if it has not already been shipped.
  • If the order has been paid for through UPI or Credit or Debit Card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount.
  • However, once the order has been shipped from our storehouse, you will not be entitled for any refund and it will become a return on your side.
